Objective:
To organize a winter get-together for Media, Academia and Cultural Partners of the EU Delegation to Russia
About project:
On January 23, 2020, in Moscow, October Event Hall, the 4D Agency team organized a winter Get-together for Media, Academia and Cultural Partners of the EU Delegation to Russia. Ambassadors, diplomats, journalists and partners of the European Union Delegation to Russia gathered at the reception.
Works done by the 4D Agency team:
- Selection and creation a list of places for the event according to the specified parameters;
- Special inspection of Moscow places for the event implementation according to specified parametrs;
- Selection the main options after the visual inspection (creating a short-list), comparative analysis of the proposed conditions and negotiations with venues to achieve the most optimal conditions for the event;
- The formation of menu and tasting;
- Selection of alcohol drinks and further purchase of approved items for the event;
- Development of test samples of cake fillings, custom-made cake production;
- Design of invintations, background screensavers, navigation elements, photo zone branding, frames and backgrounds for using in the photo zone;
- Selection of possible activities for the event guests;
- Organization of work for the chroma key photo zone during the event;
- Providing the event venue with technical equipment;
- Installation videos and slide shows for broadcast on the plasma screens during the event;
- Selection of jazz bands for the event;
- Selection of music interruptions and background music for the event;
- Selection and briefing of hostesses and other technical staff.
