Presentation of the new BMW X6 model for the official dealer “Avtodom”

On November 30, 2019, the new digital interactive art space Hyper Port hosted a presentation of the new BMW X6 model for the official dealer “Avtodom”. The 4D team organized the event on a turnkey basis. The place of the event was the modern digital space center “Hyper Port". With it’s multimedia capabilities, guests have made an incredible journey through the galaxy, accompanied by pleasant music, exciting interactivity, and delicious snacks and drinks. Also, at the presentation of the car, there was a raffle of nice prizes from partners and a performance of a cover band.

The Third EU Film Festival in Tomsk

On November 2, 2019 Tomsk hosted the third European Union Film Festival. It was organized by the EU Delegation in Russia, embassies and cultural institutions of EU countries with the support of the Administration of Tomsk region. During two weeks of the festival Tomsk citizens have seen films from 15 European countries in the cinema "Fakel". Among them - Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia and Sweden. In addition, this year the audience for the first time got acquainted with the cinematic art of Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia.

Global Energy 2019

On October 3, 2019 the 17th Global Energy Prize Awards Ceremony was held as part of Russian Energy Week in Moscow. 4D Agency was the organizer of the event on a turnkey basis from idea to implementation. As part of the Russian Energy Week business program, an official awards ceremony was held. In the evening, participants, laureates, members of the jury, representatives of the Association, and other distinguished guests gathered for a reception in honor of the laureates. The event was held at the Pashkov House.

135th Anniversary of the «Morozov Factory»

On August 2nd a festive event in honor of the 135th anniversary of the Federal Unitary Enterprise "Morozov's Factory" was held in the "Oktyabrsky" concert hall in St. Petersburg. For one day the concert hall "Oktyabrsky" turned into a real theatrical space for 1700 guests of the factory: a festive buffet, activity zone for the public of different age categories, VIP-zone and stage area with interactive and technological decorations. The guest artist was the well-known singer Valeria! The event was organized on a turnkey basis from concept to implementation.

This year we have created a super-technological stand for the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute (AARI). The way a finished project is born from an idea is a real magic. The highlight of the AARI stand was the use of a neural network that reproduced a video sequence from the polar station in real time, immersing the forum guests in the world of Arctic research.

Backstage of the 2nd Summit of the Russia-Africa 2023 Economic and Humanitarian Forum

Our team organized the Healthy Society stand as part of the 2nd Summit of the Russia-Africa 2023 Economic and Humanitarian Forum. We developed the design project of the exhibition stand and completed the turnkey construction, ensured the participation of regional exhibitors in the territory of one common exhibition space. Together with the customer, we have developed a business program that takes place during the Forum. We have selected all the necessary equipment for the high-quality implementation of the program, including online inclusion of regions from all over Russia and simultaneous translation of speeches. We provided the order and control of technical services, logistics. We took photos and videos. We created the final video.
