Comprehensive support for the participation of the Global Energy Association at the 24th World Energy Congress-2019, UAE, Abu Dhabi

At the World Energy Congress held at Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre (ADNEC) in the UAE on September 9-12, 2019, 4D Agency organized the arrangement of the exhibition stand of the Global Energy Association and provided comprehensive support for its participation in the event.

Scope of work

4D Agency’s responsibilities included:
• Development of the concept and the project design of the exhibition stand
• Construction of the exhibition stand (assembly, disassembly, designer supervision)
• Creation of interactive content for the touch screen desk (a quiz for visitors)
• Photography and videography (creation of a video clip about the event) and flower arrangement
• General support of the company during the event
• Ordering, controlling, and liaising with all technical services: exhibition organizers, venue representatives, technical construction service provider, tech support specialists, catering, cleaning services, etc.
• Selection and audition of personnel and artists (reception hostesses and musicians)
• Layout development and production of printed collaterals and souvenirs
• Logistical services for all the elements at the exhibition stand
• Preparing and conducting a live show with musicians; stage direction of the company presentation
• Development and production of the video content for a live feed at the exhibition stand in line with the program designed jointly with and approved by the Customer
