Objective:
Organize PR-support for the solemn ceremony of laying the capsule with a message to humanity in the future Foundation of the new Convention and Exhibition Center TIME in the Nevsky district
About project:
On March 30, 2016, the Foundation stone of the new TIME Convention and Business center in the Nevsky district was laid in Saint Petersburg.
The event was attended by the Governor of St Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko, members of the Government of St Petersburg and the leadership of the Committee on Investment of St Petersburg.
4D Agency implemented the following tasks:
- Primary monitoring of the information field before starting works
- Copyright of the announcing press-release and invitation for VIP guests
- Creating a list of media for invitation
- Coordination of press events with the Investment Committee of St Petersburg, the protocol and the press service of the Governor of St Petersburg
- Sending a press-release to the media approved
- Follow up, personal invitation of journalists to the event, accreditation
- Working with media and TV at the event (meeting, registration, accompanying journalists throughout the event, moderating the press approach)
- Monitoring of publications
Results:
- 15 journalists attended the event
- 35 publications in the mass media including 3 TV stories, 2 news radio broadcasts, 5 news on informational agencies feeds, 6 publications in periodical media.
