Objective:
Organise PR support for the project to ensure that the company is mentioned in the information field
About project:
The client approached the 4D communications agency with the task of covering the gastronomic festival held from July 5 to 8 in the 300th Anniversary Park of St. Petersburg. The campaign was aimed at promoting St. Petersburg as the gastronomic capital to attract tourists from all over the country.
About the event:
The festival brought together about 50,000 guests and nearly 20 restaurateurs. The event was organized by the Committee on Industrial Policy, Innovations, and Trade of St. Petersburg with the support of the company «Teremok». The honorary guest was the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov.
The program included performances by artists, headline concerts (the group «Kvatro» and singer Pelageya), culinary master classes, and the culinary contest «Lord of Taste». Chefs from renowned city restaurants participated in the competition, and their signature dishes will soon be added to the menu of the «Teremok» chain.
What we did:
1. Creation of a media database:
- At the client’s request, we compiled a database of GastroMedia, which included publications relevant to the event’s target audience.
2. Preparation and distribution of a post-release:
- We prepared a post-release highlighting the key moments of the festival and distributed it through the compiled media database.
3. Placement in major media:
- We negotiated publications in outlets such as «Petersburg Diary», «Fontanka», «KudaGO», and «Komsomolskaya Pravda».
To achieve this:
- Agreed on technical requirements with the client, defining key topics.
- Coordinated the text written by the media.
- Ensured placements and controlled publications.
4. Prepared a report on all media outputs.
Outcome:
- Publications in media such as «TASS», «Delovoy Podkhod», and Nevskiy.PRO.
- Over 30,000 views on the materials.
