Within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which was held at the site of the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center in St. Petersburg from June 6 - 8, 2019. 4D Agency organized a comprehensive training and support of the participation of the «Russian Ecological Operator». The duties of the agency included:
- Organizing the dissemination of information and materials about the plenary meeting
- Staff recruitment for effective participation in the SPIEF-2019 exhibition
- Design development and production of uniform for personnel and other attributes
- Order and control the performance of a team of makeup artists and hairdressers to create personnel images
- Organization of an evening reception
- Accompanying the company during the event
