PR support for the Festival of Children's Education
About project:
October 13 at Sevkabel Port in the CEH space, the children’s education festival «Prosto Uchitsya» took place for the fourth time.
The event gathered representatives from over 50 educational organizations in Saint Petersburg, including private schools, preschools, colleges, and inclusive spaces. With no equivalent event in the northern capital, the festival has maintained popularity, drawing more than 2,000 families each time. The agency 4D provided PR support for the event.
Scope of Work:
- Securing and collaborating with media partners;
- Announcing the festival across media channels.
Results:
- Over 2,500 attendees in October;
- Partnerships with media outlets including «Children's Radio Saint Petersburg», «Metro» newspaper, and listing sites KUDA-SPB, KudaGO, KidsReview, and «KP Afisha» (from «Komsomolskaya Pravda»);
- 30 promotional audio ads aired on «Children's Radio Saint Petersburg» as part of the media partnership;
- 12 publications on «Metro» resources (print issue, website, social media);
- A live online interview with Natalia Korol, the festival organizer and co-founder of «Prosto Uchit'sya», hosted at «Metro» newspaper's editorial office, streamed on VK and gaining over 42,500 views;
- Nearly 50 publications across media and new media channels;
- Over 67,000 post views on social media;
- Young correspondents from the «Teledetki» media project attended the festival and created an engaging segment on how learning can be simple and fun!
