Organization and hold of a corporate event for the Prime Advice Advisory Group
About project:
At the end of February, in TkachiOpenSpace, Agency 4D organized a corporate event for the Prime Advice Advisory Group on a «turnkey» basis.
The project combined two completely different formats of events: game teambuilding and evening banquet.
During the teambuilding the participants had a networking and were fulfilling a common task - the construction of the «Goldberg Machine». As the result the guests became part of a big event and understood how their colleagues behave themselves in atypical situation.
After that the guests had gala dinner event with the performance of the cover group and awarding the best employees. The evening ended with the disco.
Specific features:
• Organization of turnkey event for 100 people during less than 2 weeks
• The same space for the active team building and evening banquet
• Unique lighting for banquet space and stage
