Organization of reception of Japan youth delegation and Sicilian delegation
About project:
In December 2017 4D Agency organized reception of two delegations - the delegation of the youth of Japan and the delegation from Sicily. The client of this project was the Committee on Youth Policy and Interaction with Public Organizations of Saint Petersburg.
Participants of the Japanese delegation came to St. Petersburg from the twin city - Osaka. 10 Japanese students took part in cultural and educational programб which include: meetings with St. Petersburg students and experts of youth policy, visiting the Consulate General of Japan, participation in the 5th St. Petersburg International Youth Forum, visiting the city of Kronshtadt, museums and stadium “Peter Arena”. The program was held from 3 to 9 December.
7 participants of the Sicilian delegation visited St. Petersburg from 4 to 8 December for the expert meeting on youth policy. During the visit, the delegation met with representatives of youth organizations and visited the 5th St. Petersburg International Youth Forum.
Specialists of the Agency responsible for meeting and full support throughout the whole trips, organization of logistics and accommodation, organization of lunches and dinners during the trip.
