Practical seminar 'Modern automated complexes for antennas equipment tuning and checking'
Objective:
Organization of practical seminar 'Modern automated complexes for antennas equipment tuning and checking' for TRIM company on a turnkey basis
About project:
On May 17, on World Telecommunication and Information Society Day, 4D Agency held a workshop “Modern Automated Systems for Tuning and Testing Antenna Devices” for the company NPP TRIM UWB Measuring Systems.
More than 100 specialists of technical enterprises of the radio electronics industry, representatives of foreign specialized companies, as well as similar manufacturing and service enterprises from regions of our country took part in the seminar.
The 4D agency had the following tasks:
• Selection of a suitable hall for the event;
• Organization of coffee breaks and lunch for the participants;
• Inviting participants to the seminar;
• Organizing the registration of participants for the seminar via the Timepad platform;
• Negotiating with the hotel to provide the best price for the client for renting the hall, for organizing food at the seminar, for the participants in the
hotel;
• Preparation of models and production of printing and souvenirs;
• Collection of completed questionnaires from seminar participants;
• Production of a presentation video about the company "TRIM" for demonstration at the seminar;
• Organization of registration of participants before the start of the seminar (issuance of badges and sets of participants);
• Photography workshop;
• PR-support of the event (copyright of the material on the results of the seminar, creation of a pool of thematic media, follow up, monitoring of
publications, creating a report with informational results of the event).
HOTEL
According to the results of the monitoring, a 4-star hotel Milan was selected in Moscow. The hotel provided a suitable seminar room for rent, and under the supervision of the Agency’s staff, catering was organized for the participants: coffee breaks and lunch. At the seminar, all the necessary conditions were created for negotiating between representatives of the «TRIM» company and their potential clients.
INVITATION TO PARTICIPANTS
To invite participants to the seminar, the existing client base of the company “TRIM” was used, and the agency collected an additional base of companies, compiled using keywords provided by the customer. Invitations to participants were carried out by sending emails about the event and were accompanied by individual phone calls.
PRINTING AND SOUVENIR PRODUCTS
The 4D Agency produced the following printing and souvenir products for the seminar: packages, booklets of the TRIM Company, notebooks, pens, questionnaires, a seminar program, personal badges for participants and speakers.
QUESTIONING
The 4D Agency developed a special mechanic for conducting the prize draw, which motivated the seminar participants to fill out and submit questionnaires to the organizers.
MEDIA
The agency has made a stylish modern image video, demonstrating the capabilities of the company "TRIM" and informing about the company's services to customers.
REGISTRATION
At the seminar, a registration area convenient for the participants was organized, in which it was possible to promptly receive a nominal participant / speaker badge, as well as a participant's package with printing and souvenir products from “TRIM”
