In February 2023, the 4D Agency began work on information support for one of the largest enterprises in the timber industry.
The client has set the following goals within the framework of PR support:
- Ensuring the company's regular presence in the information field.
- Strengthening public opinion that it is a company with a strong and reliable position in the market of high-quality and in-demand products necessary for people's lives.
- Maintaining the image of a market leader.
- Increase the recognition of the HR brand and strengthen trust in the company as a stable employer with safe working conditions, caring for people and ample opportunities for growth and development in order to attract the best talents in the industry and retain employees.
- Media coverage of the company's key events, including participation in product events.
- Relevant coverage of the company's activities in the field of contribution to the socio-economic development of the city where the company is located, and in the Leningrad region as a whole for the sake of a better life for the local community.
To achieve these goals, an analysis of competitors' activities in the media field was carried out and a tactical plan was developed with a matrix of information guides, including the main events in the company's life.
Achieved results during the year of work:
- 43 press releases have been sent out;
- The total number of messages in the information field is 1300 (467 messages
were initiated by the Agency);
- The total coverage of publications was 61.5 million people;
- The company's media index grew by 765 points;
- The number of positive messages has doubled (from
195 to 426);
- By the end of the year, the company rose by one line in terms of the media index
and the number of messages among its closest competitors.
