PR support for the final of the Professionals Championship in St. Petersburg

The team was faced with the task of planning and organizing a major federal and regional campaign just 3 weeks before the start of the final of the Professional Skills Championship "Professionals" in St. Petersburg.

Scope of work:
- To develop and formalize a marketing strategy based on the definition of the target audience, the results of the analysis of the information advertising campaign of other thematic events, and the goals of the Championship;

- To organize a press conference with the participation of representatives of regional authorities, organizers, representatives of venues of disciplines;

- To conduct a large press tour for journalists to remote competition venues;

- Initiate press approaches at the competition venues and during the closing ceremony with the participation of government representatives, business partners, competitors and their mentors;

- For an advertising campaign, create creative concepts and a plan for the placement of information materials that take into account the characteristics of different target audiences;

- Ensure the publication of promotional materials in print and online editions of Fontanka., Moika 78, Business FM, Fiesta blog, RBC SPb;

- To involve not only the leading media of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, but also major federal news agencies and TV channels in the coverage of the final of the "Professionals" Championship.

Results:
- A press conference was organized with the participation of representatives of the authorities, partners and educational institutions, among them Ksenia E. Kalugina, Head of the Directorate for the Development of Professional Skills of the All-Russian Championship Movement, Institute for the Development of Professional Education (IRPO), Natalia G. - We organized press events at various venues, including events at the Expoforum Exhibition Center, at the SKA Arena, a press conference at TASS and a press tour for journalists;

- We held more than 18 press conferences with the participation of representatives of federal and regional authorities, partners, organizers, representatives of educational institutions and participants, among them Alexander Dmitrievich Beglov – Governor of St. Petersburg, Sergey Sergeevich Kravtsov – Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, Anastasia Prokhorova – head of the coordination center, Irina Petrovna Potekhina – Vice Governor of St. PetersburgSt. Petersburg and others;

- Initiated over 650 media publications mentioning the final of the Professionals Championship: RBC TV, Business FM, Delovoy Peterburg, Saint Petersburg TV channel, Rossiya 1, Fontanka, TASS, NTV SPb, KP, RIA;

- We have organized a total of 186 outputs on radio stations: Europa Plus, Vesti, Mayak, Business FM.

The total coverage of the regional information advertising campaign in the media and on the resources of information partners amounted to 135,134,617 readers, listeners and users, 2.4 million views of the opening and closing ceremonies of the championship finals on the VK Internet resource and on the St. Petersburg channel.
