Objective:
To organize PR support for a digital agency for AGM developers.
About project:
Our agency received a request from a client, the digital agency for AGM developers, for PR support in order to increase its presence in the information field and form a stable positioning "AGM - key experts in the field of real estate promotion".
Based on the results of the request, our team has developed the following tools to increase the presence in the client's information field:
- generation of information guides;
- writing and pitching expert articles and case studies;
- participation in specialized events, ratings and awards.
The results of work on this project for 2023:
- 508 media outlets;
- Media Index* 2300
- 64 well-written texts (articles and cases), three studies were invented and implemented covering more than 10 cities of the Russian Federation in the field of "real estate";
- More than 60 requests from the media.
We also initiated the participation of the digital agency for developers AGM in ratings and awards, which led to an improvement in professional biography:
The victory in the nomination "Best Performance case" at the MOVE REALTY AWARDS-2023;
They entered the top 40 of the XI National Rating of communication companies NR2K - 2023;
They entered the top 20 rating of RACA advertising and communication agencies.
*Media Index - an indicator of the Media Hierarchy for analyzing the effectiveness of PR. The index is calculated automatically according to the methodology developed by Medialogia. It is defined for each object (company, person, brand) in media reports. The value ranges from -1000 to +1000 depending on the tone of the mention. When analyzing the indices for the period, the high index reflects the positive representation of the object in the media.
