To organize PR support of the company “Kupibilet” for B2B target audience and with federal coverage
In January, 2019, the 4D Agency team started working on PR support for “Kupibilet” (www.kupibilet.ru) company in order to increase the company's presence in the media space, increase brand awareness in the air ticket sales market and create the company's reputation as a reliable partner in the OTA (Online Travel Agency) segment.
“Kupibilet” (www.kupibilet.ru) - website and app for finding and buying cheap flights with guarantees, also company have their own support service at all stages of the flight and secure payment. A unique of the service is the use of smart route technology which allows you to create a route from different tickets. The smart route search system helps to reduce the cost of a ticket and reduce the time to search for tickets with transfers.
In 2019, Kupibilet www.kupibilet.ru has partnership with the following companies: Pobeda, Aeroflot, Ural Airlines, S7, UTair, Nordwind Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Belavia, Air Astana and NordStar.
Before starting work, 4D Agency developed a PR-strategy for “Kupibilet” (www.kupibilet.ru) with the definition of communication tasks, tactics of information campaign, analysis of the competitive landscape, set of communication tools, definition of KPIs and a detailed calendar plan of activities.
Tasks for 4D Agency:
- Release of 2 press-releases per month;
- From 5 publications at the end of the second month of work, up to 20-30 per month after 6 months of work;
- Target range for Media Index (special rate made by Russian monitoring system called Medialogia) of publications per year: 15,000-20,000 points.
