About project:
On the 15 th of September in Saint Petersburg on Shafirovsky avenue 16A there was held a ceremony of a grand opening of the first in Russia retail complex Ryady.
Members of the Government of Saint Petersburg took part in the ceremony, as well as the Heads of specialized Committees and Agencies, representatives of the Federal government and business.
The ceremony was organized and held by the team of 4D Agency, including PR support.
