Organization of summer corporate for 'Acticomp' company
About project:
In August, the employees of the 4D Agency organized the 10th anniversary of 'Acticomp' company with the motto "10 years of continuous miracles".
The concept of the event was based on the tale of Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland" and Tim Burton's popular eponymous film. The K-2 state residence was equipped by decorated photozone with tale’s heroes, big roses and watches. Guests were greeted with such characters as Hatter, Mister Time, White Rabbit and mimes in the palace style. The leading of the event was the Red Queen.
The Agency's employees were tasked to organize an outdoor event, but at the same time to be prepared to unexpected changes in the Saint Petersburg’s weather. Thus, there was a special tent near residence building. The 4D Agency team selected cross functional master classes for outdoor and indoor activities such as making masks for sleep, t-shirts and accessories from flowers, a drum master class and a moveable wardrobe room.
Due to well-thought-out planning the 4D Agency team was able to react quickly to weather changes. All entertainment zones were successfully located in the palace.
Moreover, the 10th anniversary of the company was family event. So, there was kids menu with fresh ice cream, which was prepared by Red Queen.
At the end of the evening guests enjoyed the festive fireworks and the concert of the cover-group Jocker's Band.
