About project:
Within the framework of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum which was held at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center in St Petersburg on June 2-6 2021, the Communication Agency 4D team organized comprehensive preparation and support for the participation of the Leningrad Region Industrial Development Center in the event.
Scope of works:
- Development of a design project and art objects for the exhibition;
- Construction of the stand;
- Design of printing/souvenir products and their production;
- Development of an electronic signature system and support of the signing ceremony;
- Creation and preparation of multimedia animated content;
- Providing a live broadcast;
- Photo and video support;
- Production of reporting videos and photo materials for publications;
- Organization of logistics services;
- Artistic and floral design;
- Selection, ordering and coordination of all technical services, catering, cleaning, personnel;
- Support the company during the event.
