About project:
On the 30 th of March there was held a groundbreaking ceremony of the future Congress and business center Time.
The capsule with a message for mankind was placed in the future foundation of the Congress and business center. Governor of Saint Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko, members of the Government of Saint Petersburg and representatives of the Committee for Investment of Saint Petersburg attended the ceremony.
The ceremony was organized and held by the team of 4D Agency.
