Organize a special project in the field media to attract pentesters
About project:
In October 2020 the team of the Communication agency 4D started organizing a special project in the field media xakep.ru for Group-IB company.
Group-IB is one of the leading developers of solutions for detecting and preventing cyber attacks, detecting fraud and protecting intellectual property on the network, headquartered in Singapore. Penetration testing (pentest) is a method of evaluating the security of computer systems or networks by means of simulating a hacker's attack.
To attract new pentesters it was decided to create a special project in the field media Hakep.ru which included an interview with representatives of the Group-IB company and a task for potential candidates in the pentest department.
As a result 22,256 views of the project were received during the month and 10 applications were received for further interviewing.
