About project:
he project dance show “Story in the Hotel” is a large-scale colorful dance show that presented a variety of self-sufficient stories to the audience: from a bachelorette party before a wedding in a bar, to a romantic date on the roof of a hotel. Each room revealed its secrets, filled with feelings, emotions, drive, music and dance. In Moscow, the show started on December 13, 2023 and is planned to be shown until July 19, 2024. The project will also go on tour in St. Petersburg, Sochi, Zelenograd and Serpukhov.
What we did:
- organized reputational PR aimed at increasing awareness of both the Grand dance show brand itself and the “History in the Hotel” project
- work with texts: prepared announcement and post-releases, prepared texts for official letters to the directorate of television companies, materials for interviews
- organized preparations for the event: agreed on visual materials for the event (press wall, videos)
- interaction with the media: prepared media databases for invitations to the general run-through, distributed press releases and post-releases, accredited the media, worked with journalists on the site, prepared official photos of the show for distribution to the media database.
- initiated 10 interviews with key speakers: Denis Tagiyev - general producer of the project, Grigory Yufa - musical director of the project, Egor Peregudov - director of the project
- launched advertising campaigns: TV channel “Music Box Gold”, Radio “Romantika”
- initiated 150 publications in the media: OK! Magazine, Komsomolskaya Pravda, TimeOut, RT, M24, Moskovsky Komsomolets, Kommersant, Izvestia, Rambler. Cinema, Woman.ru
- as a result of the campaign, PR became the most effective tool in promoting the show, which contributed to achieving full occupancy of the halls and the SOLD OUT sign.
