PR support of St. Petersburg's stand at the exhibition-forum "Russia" at VDNKh
Objective:
Information support of the St. Petersburg Healthcare Committee's participation in the Russia exhibition
About project:
From January 31 to February 5, 2024, guests of St. Petersburg's stand at the exhibition-forum "Russia", held at VDNKh, were welcomed with medical check-ups, an animated interactive map of the city's health, a VR simulator of poor eyesight, "deaf" headphones, as well as a full electronic catalog of the Northern Capital's healthcare achievements and even a unique art object – a bust of Peter the Great made of medical instruments.
The 4D project team was tasked with covering the main daily events of the stand, announcing the participation of guest speakers and promoting them in the media by initiating interviews with journalists.
What we did beforehand
Formed a calendar plan for project implementation, where we outlined the main anchor events with timing and tools for their coverage. We wrote a content plan with the topics of outgoing materials and posts for social networks. We wrote official letters on behalf of the Chairman of the St. Petersburg Healthcare Committee to federal TV channels to invite film crews to the booth.
What results we achieved
- Every day from 2 to 5 journalists, including film crews, worked at the stand;
- 6 press releases were prepared and sent out;
- 141 publications were published as a result of the PR team's work;
- The total Media Index score amounted to 1,579.00 points;
- 12 interviews were organized with ambassadors of the organized interviews;
- 14 posts for social networks were prepared.
The hottest news (more than 60 publications) was the presentation of a unique art object - a bust of Peter the Great made of alloy of surgical instruments, the idea of which belongs to the St. Petersburg Health Care Committee. The work has no analogues in the world art and has already managed to get into the Book of Records of Russia.
The ceremony of awarding the art object took place right on the site of VDNH on the first day of the exposition. The authors themselves presented the work to the public: Valeria Loshak, a Guinness Book of Records record holder, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia and the St. Petersburg Union of Designers, and Kirill Kovalev, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
