Anniversary of the Eurochem company
Objective:
Organization of a corporate holiday in the open air
About project:
Our company received a request to organize a holiday for Eurochem, which would be suitable for different ages. The event for 450 people was to be held outdoors in the park. Our team proposed the concept of “folk festivals”, which became the optimal solution.
The style of "Gzhel" was taken as a basis. This one of the most recognizable Russian crafts has become the leitmotif of the holiday. Her blue-white-blue palette perfectly echoed the corporate style of the customer. In order for the event not to look like a simple fair, we combined different zones into one fabulous world - the "city of masters". The animators involved the guests in the journey and the atmosphere from the very entrance to the park.
We have fully organized a grandiose event for 450 people, immersing the guests in the atmosphere of real Russian folk festivals. The event lasted the whole day and the celebration program was intense:
- horseback riding;
- tug of war;
- bowling with matryoshka dolls;
- throwing felt boots;
- Town games and more.
Workshops on making kokoshniks and amulets were also organized, and a theater of Russian folk tales was organized for children.
The folklore group rallied everyone in a huge round dance and staged an exciting dance battle. Everyone could try themselves as a chef by cooking pancakes with a variety of fillings.
The design of the site harmoniously combined natural motifs and elements of Russian folk style: the surrounding space was decorated with hay and bright green foliage.
The photo zone with a three–dimensional plywood tree became especially popular, where each guest could attach a piece of paper with his cherished dream and wishes of the EuroChem - North-West company.
When organizing outdoor events, it is especially important to pay attention to security measures that were provided at the highest level: fire extinguishers were located at key points of the site, security posts and metal detectors were installed at the entrance, and dog handlers carefully bypassed the territory. The perimeter of the site was fenced, and ambulance crews, as well as employees of private security companies and Rosgvardiya, were on duty throughout the holiday. Unforeseen weather conditions should also be taken into account. Shortly before Day X, the site was flooded, but we promptly found specialists who pumped out the water, ensuring comfort and safety for all guests. During the event, bright raincoats were offered to all those present in case of bad weather.
