Objective:
Organization of a meeting of participants of the EUVP alumni program from Moscow and Russian regions
About project:
On May 27, 2019, a meeting for the participants of EUVP (The European Union Visitors Program) alumni program was held at the Moscow office of the EU Delegation to Russia.
21 representatives of the program took part in the event from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Samara, Volgograd, Barnaul and Yoshkar-Ola.
Within the framework of the project, the specialists of 4D Agency performed the following tasks:
- Logistics, providing transfers for regional participants
- Providing accommodation for regional participants
- Ensuring food for the participants of the meeting
- Ensuring the work of hostesses at the event for the registration of participants
- Design, layout and production of accompanying materials for the meeting
- Preparation, control and coordination of activities at all stages
