Development and support of the ceremony award and gala-dinner dedicated to the launch of the new ammonia production of the company «EuroChem»
About project:
One of the world’s leading mineral fertilizer producers, the company "EuroChem" launched one of their anchor projects - factory for the production of ammonia in Kingisepp as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Leningrad region. On the same day, a private gala-dinner and an award ceremony were held for the company's invited guests. The event took place in Kingisepp at the Olympus Ice Arena.
4D agency fully coordinated the process of preparation and implementation of the evening part:
- Development of the concept and program of the event, selection of artists;
- Interaction with the site, preparation of the space for the official and ceremonial part;
- Decoration of the stadium in the format of «Black Cabinet»;
- Control of technical support of the event;
- Organization of photo and video shooting;
- Production of branded products;
- Catering at the event;
