PR support for the finals of the Professional Skills Championship “Professionals” in St. Petersburg

Scope of work:

- Organized communication support for the final competitions in St. Petersburg, including PR and advertising campaign.

- During the PR support, we held two large press conferences, organized a press tour for out-of-town journalists and conducted many press approaches at competition sites with the participation of government officials, business representatives, competition participants and their mentors.

- For the advertising campaign, taking into account the characteristics of various target audiences, we developed creative concepts and a plan for the placement of information materials.

- We recorded and posted commercials for radio stations Radio Energy, Studio 21, Eldorado, Europa Plus.

- We provided advertising formats in print and online media Fontanka.ru, Delovoy Peterburg, TASS SPb, Business FM, RBC SPb, Kommersant SPb.

- It was possible to attract not only the leading media of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region to the coverage of the Championship finals, but also large federal news agencies and television channels: TASS, RIA, Intefrax, Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Regnum, Rambler Novosti, Lenta, KP, AiF, MK.

Results:

- organized press conferences with the participation of top officials, among them Tatyana Golikova - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Sergei Kravtsov - Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, Alexander Shokhin - President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Alexander Beglov - Governor of St. Petersburg, Irina Potekhina - Vice-Governor St. Petersburg, Alexey Ponamarenko - director of the engineering competency block of the ANO "Corporate Academy Rosatom", Irina Berdyugina - head of the regional coordination center of the Center for Public Promotion of St. Petersburg.

- Organized events at various venues, including the festive opening at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center, the closing ceremony at the Yubileiny Sports and Concert Complex, press conferences and a press tour for out-of-town journalists

- initiated over 490 publications in the media mentioning the Championship of Professional Excellence: RBC TV, Business FM, Delovoy Petersburg, St. Petersburg TV channel, Russia 1, Fontanka, TASS

- outputs on 4 radio stations: Radio Energy (60 outputs, chronometers: 30 sec, 3 outputs per day), Studio 21 (125 outputs, chronometers: 30 sec, 3 outputs per day), Europa Plus (28 outputs, chronometers: 30 sec, 5-6 outputs per day), Eldoradio (56 outputs, chronometer: 30 sec, 5-6 outputs per day).
