About project:
Preparation and implementation of the City Сenter for Medical Prevention participation in the Saint-Petersburg International Medical and Pharmaceutical Forum MEDIN 2019 and provision of services for organizing and conducting a series of events for the prevention of cancer for the citizens of Saint-Petersburg.
Amount of works:
- Development of a design project for exhibition stand, production and setup
- Work with event venues, technical services, contractors and partners
- Participation in the creation and execution of the cultural and entertainment program to attract the citizens to undergo examinations by dozens of specialists in various fields. The program was aimed at all age categories.
- Coordination of medical staff and personal.
- Filling the stand with multimedia equipment, office equipment, printing (handouts), models of human organs (heart and intestines where excursions were conducted for those who wish), medical equipment for examination by doctors.
Supervision at all stages of the project, analysis of the results, preparation of photo and video reports.
