Objective:
Organization of the Baltic Regional Investment Forum 2022 for the Government of the Leningrad Region
About project:
BRIEF`22 is a key business event of the Leningrad region, which was held on September 15, 2022 on the site of the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Petersburg. The forum was planned as a practical tool for the dialogue between business and government. The agenda of the forum includes the discussion of industrial policy, support for business development in the region in the face of sanctions.
Team 4D has acted as the executor in the organization of the forum. What have we done?
-Developed a forum program and a multifunctional module for registering guests on the event website;
-Designed scenic decorative structures and elements of the plenary hall, thought out the zoning of the space;
-We have created a single conceptual design solution in the main areas of the event: registration, photo zone, interview area and press approach of the governor, as well as a special project “Green Corridor for investors”;
-Prepared printing and branded products in the general style of the event;
-We started directing the event, prescribed a detailed scenario plan and built a logical sequence of the entire forum from the beginning of the first session to the closed investment council, which completes the business program. The program of the event included a live broadcast of speakers from China and India, because of this, simultaneous interpretation was organized for all guests of the forum;
-We carried out works on informational support of the forum, which included publications in Telegram-channels and mass media, as well as media and contextual advertising of the event.
